Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by Nairobi Centre For International Arbitration in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Kenya.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ADEN regarding the Website and supersede all prior understandings.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be enforced.
